Centrally based in Sheffield, the B. Braun Technical Services workshops employ a team of dedicated Instrument Repair Technicians; Electro-Medical Engineers and Optical Engineers who can undertake the highest quality repairs and servicing on your B. Braun products. A dedicated Technical Support Engineer is also based in Sheffield, who can assist in the diagnosis and resolution of issues over the telephone.

A team of B. Braun Field Service Engineers are located strategically throughout the UK. These Engineers undertake servicing and repairs at hospitals, ensuring that your equipment is always maintained to the highest standards. In the event of a breakdown they will provide rapid on-site support to minimise equipment down-time.
