Mini-Plasco®

The plastic ampoule offers small volumes of IV solution for drug preparations and fluid administration, as well as concentrates for diluting and anesthetics.

• Mini-Plasco® is a plastic ampoule, unbreakable and easy to open without particle creation due to its elastic container material, avoiding particulate contamination and sharps injuries.
• The plastic material is PVC-, DEHP- and latex-free, eliminating related risks.
• The twist-off cap of Mini-Plasco® contains an integrated finger stopper to prevent microbial contamination when opening the ampoule.
• The Mini-Plasco® ampoules are designed for haptical differentiation and hold a safety labeling concept. The use of colors and extra-large text on B. Braun’s labels are aimed to provide a safe and easy usage as well as an intuitive and efficient handling. The safety labeling concept's color scheme for good differentiation helps preventing from mixing between solutions and medication categories with the goal to reduce medication error.
• The Luer connector / circular corpus of the ampoule opening allows a direct connection of the syringe for a needle-free withdrawal, eliminating the need for needles and related risks.
