The Alps Hemodialysis Center was founded in 1981 in order to meet the increasing requests from vacation patients in a very attractive touristic region. Three units were later created in Digne, Sisteron and Manosque.

Since June 2010, the Alps Hemodialysis center has moved to the brand-new premises of the Manosque Louis Raffalli hospital. The center is very modern, with new equipment and machines, and particularly pleasant for the patients and the personnel working there daily. Close to Manosque, Digne-les-Bains is the capital of Lavender. Come visit the thermal baths, the geological reserve of Provence, the Alexandra David Neel or the Napoleon Road. In the southern part of the Alps, the quality of the environment enables the practice of open air activities: walking, biking and canyoning.
