There are two ways to order Diveen®; on NHS prescription or purchasing direct from B. Braun
Order on prescription.
Diveen can be obtained on an NHS prescription. Visit your GP, complete this form or call Emerald on 0800 163007 who will guide you through the process.
Order and pay* over the phone.
Freephone 0800 163007 to place your order by debit or credit card.
*If you are registered disabled or with a chronic condition, and are exempt from paying VAT on your continence items, B. Braun will not charge VAT on completion of an exemption form.
