To operate effectively it is important that the aseptic cleanroom equipment is designed with quality, the process and the operator in mind. Drawing upon our decades of experience in operating equipment in compounding units we have developed equipment from needle sheath removers that protect operators to laminar flow cabinets, isolators and cold rooms.

Our equipment design philosophy is to firstly understand the problem or process and the constraints this has on the operator working effectively and safely. Working within regulatory guidelines we can help develop a User Requirement Specification (URS) for you that defines your needs. Working with you we can evaluate available equipment from a broad range of suppliers and work with third parties to design bespoke equipment that will suit your specific requirements. We would provide our equipment recommendations to you with costs and benefits.

We work closely with some of the leading manufacturer’s in the country to develop not only the equipment but supporting documentation for qualification including URS, DQ, FAT, IQ, and OQ as well as ongoing maintenance and calibration schedules. This reduces the time spent evaluating and qualifying equipment, releasing your time.

We recognise other factors need to be considered including updates to regulations, energy usage and resilience of the operation to maintain a reliable, cost effective service.
