The ForPatientApp is a digital education platform to inform and guide your patient during their patient pathway while increasing the quality of care and hospital process efficiencies.

The ForPatientApp helps you to support your patient with a personalised digital education platform and guides them along their patient pathway. The patient gets selected information about their treatment at the right time in a structured way, according to where they are on their patient journey. Patients will not miss important information due to push notifications and will feel well prepared throughout their pathway

Applications
The ForPatientApp exists of two components – the ForPatientApp Dashboard for healthcare professionals and the mobile app for the patient.
Administrators in the hospital have access to the Browser based professional dashboard, enabling you to see where patients are on their pathway. Together with the digital delivery of Patient Reported Outcome Measurements, you will receive valuable insights about the patient and their progress.
The application can be downloaded from the AppStore or Playstore. After registration by the hospital on the dashboard, the patient has access to the ForPatientApp application. The patient gets the right information at the right time, according to the patient pathway you defined for them.
