Intuitive interface

The operation of Spaceplus is highly intuitive and user-friendly. It can be flexibly adapted to your specific clinical workflows to help to reduce medication errors. Both the Infusomat® and the Perfusor® have the same design, interface, and menu structure. This means less training for healthcare professionals with the objective to help reduce handling steps.

The Spaceplus & OnlineSuiteplus system

Connecting the Spaceplus infusion pumps to our central digital management and administration platform, this system sets a new benchmark in connectivity and cyber security.

This system can be optionally connected to the B. Braun Health Cloud to provide a dedicated data source for continuous quality improvements in infusion therapy and product firmware updates.

Intuitive graphical TCI visualisation

The Spaceplus  contains the most recent TCI-specific algorithm and visualises the status of the anesthesia via a graphical overview in a user-friendly way. The user interface can be flexibly adapted to specific TCI settings to reduce handling steps.

 

IP44 moisture protection

B. Braun’s pump is first in class with IP44 moisture protection against splashing water from any direction. This high standard can reduce lifetime costs and simplifies disinfection and cleaning.

NRFit®

Helps in the area of regional anesthesia to avoid risks of misconnections between neuraxial and intravenous application. Guidance by connector design and colour coding.

ENFit®

Helps in the area of enteral feeding to avoid risks of misconnections. Guidance by connector design and color coding.

SafeSet - AirStop

The filter membrane at the bottom of the drip chamber helps prevent air from the container from entering the connection line.

Light protected

Dedicated IV administration set for light sensitive drugs.  Early detection of air bubbles and particles is also supported

With Original Perfusor® syringes, B. Braun offers three-part disposable
syringes with very good sliding performance, complementing the highly
accurate delivery characteristics of the Spaceplus Perfusor®.

Original Perfusor® lines provide the option of colour-coding
to more quickly identify highly potent drugs.
