Trade Union Workplace Access Requests

B. Braun recognises the rights of trade unions under applicable legislation and is committed to managing workplace access requests fairly, consistently and in accordance with its legal obligations.

Trade unions wishing to request workplace access should submit their request in writing to the HR Team, providing sufficient information to enable the request to be assessed. For statutory requests, please use the template specified within the relevant Code of Practice.

All requests will be reviewed by HR in accordance with legislative requirements, operational considerations and company procedures. The union will be advised in writing of the outcome of the request and any applicable next steps. Where additional information is required, the HR Team will contact the union directly.
