Personalised alignment in Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) with Pheno4U^® not only allows surgeons to precisely position each knee implant by aligning it with the patient‘s specific phenotype, but also enhances their ability to offer a personalised treatment pathway. This individualisation extends from diagnosis to planning, surgical tools, and rehabilitation measures, ensuring comprehensive care matching each patient’s needs.

Unlocking potential

Integrating data across all stages

Pheno4U^® integrates data from all stages of treatment - pre-op, intra-op, and post-op - into one unified platform. This integration aims to enable an individual care pathway strategy, leading to improved outcomes and increased satisfaction.

A process image in which the pre-op starts with acquisition patient data & function and risk simulation & planning, where a doctor and a patient can be seen receiving information. The process continues with the intra-op and acquisition laxity/kinematics and phenotyping & personalized plan, here a patient can be seen on the operating table next to two doctors. The last phase is the post-op phase with the acquisition function & gait and monitoring rehab/satisfaction, here you can see a patient on a stationary bike and an exercise ball, next to a doctor who is recording it.

Pre-OP phase

Preoperative risk prediction, phenotyping and kinematic analysis provide crucial decision support in planning of treatment protocol and surgical strategy.

Intra-OP Phase

In the intraoperative phase, the Pheno4U® TKA Level 1 software executed with the OrthoPilot® navigation system led to the proper execution of the defined surgical strategy.

Post-OP Phase

The post-op phase focuses on utilising outcome measures to inform management and enhanced rehabilitation strategies.
